A Quikcard Health Spending Account is not insurance – it's a self-funded health benefits program. The low administration fees are a set percentage of the actual claims processed. Then, to cover more serious circumstances, Quikcard Benefits Consulting Inc. is licensed to offer a full range of group insurance products, backed by the leading group insurers in Canada.

Here's how a health spending account works.
You determine the health benefits that are important to you and your family. Quikcard provides a quote for the monthly contribution that is needed to provide sufficient funds for your health spending account. You access the program, either directly through participating practitioners, or by submitting claims with receipts. At the end of each year, any unused contributions are retained by you. These can be rolled into the next year or returned to you.
