We have every battery for every need, providing wholesale and retail battery sales and service to customers across Northern Alberta. During this COVID pandemic, we have made every effort to keep our customers and staff safe to ensure our essential products and services are, and continue to be, available to the community.
We love the ease and flexibility that the Quikcard program brings to both the employer and employees. As an employer, I appreciate the straightforwardness and administrative ease that the benefits program provides. Our employees like the flexibility of being able to choose how to spend their benefit dollars every year. Finally, the Quikcard representatives and support staff are exceptional in responding to any questions or issues that arise.
Our biggest challenge with COVID was managing retail customers in our small store space. Our store manager overcame this by installing a green light/red light on a sign in between our sliding doors that remotely directs customer flow. This efficiently controls customer numbers in the store without having to designate a staff person to stand at the entrance.
