President & CEO - Lyle Best
Lyle Best - Health benefits innovator
Lyle R. Best came to Edmonton in 1979 as a manager for a large multinational insurance company. When the company sold its Canadian operations, Lyle decided to stay. He took a position with the Alberta Dental Services Company (ADSC) in 1989 and quickly identified under-25 person companies as a niche market to which the ADSC could provide dental plans. The corporation administered over $125 million dollars in dental claim benefits in its first 5 years under his leadership.
